Complex offers pool, tennis court, dock, club house, workout building, security entrance and more! Great restaurants, Pennekamp State Park and many other attractions close by. Downtown Key Largo is a walk away. Unit is in excellent shape. Look over the water from the large screened in porch.

Accommodations: Condominium - 2 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (sleeps 4-6). Complex is on 24 acres, with only 38 units. Our unit is one of only 12 flats (lower level), most aren't rented. Flats have the convenience of a stairway going to the water and not having to go up stairs to do laundry or bring in grocerys.

Amenities: Well maintained unit. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, 2 TVs (w/cable), phones, full kitchen, cookware and utensils provided, garbage disposal, microwave, large Jaccuzzi bath in master bathroom, walk-in closet, linens provided, fully furnished, hurricane shutters, dishwasher, water heater, DVD player, washer, dryer, tile on porch, bar chairs. No smoking, pets not allowed unless preapproved.

Activities (on site and nearby): Fishing, wildlife viewing, tennis, shopping, swimming, boating, relaxing, parasailing, kayaking, dining, sunbathing, snorkeling and SCUBA diving.
