Cavanaugh Lake is a 199 acre, all sports lake with no public boat access. It is a very peaceful lake and the 3 miles of road surrounding it is enjoyed by walkers, joggers, and bicyclists! Our home is in southeast Michigan, only 20 minutes West of Ann Arbor and about the same from Jackson. We are only one mile down Kalmbach Road to get to interstate 94. The town of Chelsea is about 5 miles away, and Dexter is about 15 minutes from here.

Location: One mile off interstate 94. Take exit 156, Kalmbach Road, North one mile. It merges with Cavanaugh Lake Road. You go West to our home, 38 Cavanaugh Lake Road. Low Sylvan Township taxes. Desirable Chelsea schools.
